I baked mine on 180 cel for 45 mins depends on your oven keep checking after 35 mins
Didn’t say what temperature to bake it out nor how long
I tend to cook my loaf cakes on gas mark 4 for approx 45 mins – 60 mins

Would have been nice to include directions for temperature and how long to bake. I made the cake and it turned out delicious. I baked at 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.

Made the lemon loaf cook on 180 cel 45 mins
Put all wet ingredients in mixed then dry and hand mixed
Made icing delicious
